Is there a delivery charge?

No, delivery is free to all customers.

How do I pay?

Customers can either pay by cash or cheque on delivery of your order. We can pickup your cheque from a safe place on delivery. Please make cheques payable to “Happy Hens.”

Do I have to order every week?

No. You can order as many times as suitable for you. Many of our customers prefer weekly or fortnightly deliveries. You might not need every item weekly, see what fits you best.

What happens if I only want egg deliveries?

Not a problem at all. Simply head over to Egg Round page, we will contact you and advice when we deliver to your area.

What happens if I am not happy with my order?

If you are not happy with any of the products delivered or if they fall below our high standards, please contact us as soon as possible. We will happily issue a replacement when appropiate.

Is there a minimum order value?

On our web store, there is a minimum recommended order value of £10. However, if you would like to be added to our egg round, please join here.

What happens if I'm not in?

Most of our customers are out during the day, this won’t be a problem. We can make arrangements with you for a safe place to deliver. It is recommended to use garages, sheds or any other enclosed place.

 If you are a new customer our aim is to check delivery arrangements before your first delivery.

Can I change items are included in the boxes?

Fruit, vegetable and salad boxes are designed with freshness, quality and value in mind. If you wish to change any items we will change price accordingly.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

Our deliveries work on a round robin system that ensures deliveries arrive at roughly the same time each week. Don’t panic if we’re a little late we’ll be there. If we can’t deliver for whatever reason we focus on informing our customers.
